To initiate a refund, simply follow these steps:

Once we receive your email, we will process the refund immediately (usually within 24 hours).

Since our payments are handled by Paddle.com, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Dispute vs. Refund (Important)

We kindly ask that you do not open a dispute (chargeback) with your bank or PayPal before contacting us. A dispute freezes the funds and prolongs the process significantly (sometimes up to 60 days).

Sending us a simple email is the fastest way to get your money back.

4. Double Purchases / Technical Errors

If you accidentally purchased the app twice or experienced a technical error during checkout, please email us immediately. These refunds are processed with priority.
