Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
BrainyBits offers a "Lifetime Access" license for a one-time fee. This is not a recurring subscription. You will be charged once immediately upon purchase.
We offer a 30-Day Zero Risk Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting [email protected].
The Service and its original content (including "Brain Bits" lessons, audio tracks, and design elements), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IMAGE LLC and its licensors.
In no event shall IMAGE LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
